Complaints and returns
How can you return or make a complaint about your goods?
The return period is 14 days.
- from the day you received the goods
- from the day you received the last delivery, if the contract involves several types of goods or multiple deliveries
- from the day you received the first delivery, if the contract involves regular recurring deliveries
To return the goods, you must also include the Withdrawal from the contract form.
And also the Complaint form.
