Why?

We will use these to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?

If no further cooperation is established, we will retain your data for a maximum of 15 years from our last communication.

B. Processing personal data in case of a purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address.

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver goods or services to you. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints or inquiries.

We will also process personal data to fulfill legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or complaint handling, etc.).

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

For the duration of our service and then for 15 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news and updates.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you opted out at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

II. Who has access to the data?

Your data remains with us. However, some companies or individuals who assist us in operating our e-shop may have access to the data. These include:
